In a mysterious and surreal interzones somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the life of several characters are intertwined in surprising and mysterious ways. Gradeschoolers Negin and Nazgol find an amount of frozen money in the winter ice and try to claim it. Meanwhile, Massoud leads a group of tourists more and more accustomed to the monuments and historical sites in Winnipeg. Matthew gives up meaningless work in a government office in Québecois and aims to visit her mother. The space, time and personal identities are crossed, intertwined and echoed in a surreal comedy of the wrong direction.
